A 25-minute film that celebrates the Windrush Generation that came to Cardiff and never left.
But the four interviewees talk of the difficulties that were met on arrival and afterwards  - such as the problems in getting work; racism and discrimination; and the cultrual differences faced.
This all rather gives the lie to the 'land of milk and honey' which was promised.
